Full back squat - 1x1 - 80k, 90k, 100k, *110k, *110k
*Depth was slightly off around 2 to 3 inches off bottom position. So going to stay with weight until hit correct depth. This will also help with flexibility in the bottom position of the squat.
Romanian deadlift - 1x1 - 80k, 90k, 100k, 110k
*Decided to keep Romanian deadlift the same as squat to help with muscle and strength balance.
Dip - 1x1 - bodyweight + 35k, 40k, 50k, 60k
Parraell grip chin - 1x1 - bodyweight + 25k, 30k, 40k
C&J tech - 5x1 - bar
Power snatch - 5x1 - bar
power shrug - 5x1 - bar
Overhead squat - 5x1 - bar
Stretches - bottom position squat and chest band stretch.
Good session today. - time to eat eat eat and sleeeeeeeeeeeeep!!!
