Squat balance tech - 3x6 - bar
Power snatch tech - 5x1 - bar
C&J tech - 1x1 - 40k, 40k 45k,45k 50k
Power clean - 1x1 - 50k, 60k, 60k
Snatch grip high pull - 1x1 - 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k
Power shrug - 1x1 - 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k
*Going to drop weight down to 90% for the snatch grip high pull and clean grip high pull so work can be done on speed.
*Power shrugs will equal my deadlift weight as this movement is about control of the weight. This will help to keep my deadlift going and shrugs, which I haven't done for awhile.
*Going to do power snatch so at least I can work on that part of the lift while my flexibility in the squat balance improves.
*I'm going to start doing power cleans and then move feet and front squat the weight. Still having difficulty in jerking the weight as my flexibility is still an issue.
