*Felt good once I started training, didn't feel like it but started to go and then I was away.

*Started chins abit to heavy, should of been 22.5k but never mind, ill just slow the progression down next time to compensate or repeat 25k again.

Good session - hopefully ill be able to keep going as I don't like high volume and over train quite easy on it, love my singles, but we'll see how it goes.
