Crunchies - 50 reps

Snatch warm ups - drop snatch, ,snatch grip high pull, power snatch, squat,

Snatch -
1x2 - 30k
1x1 - 30k
1s1 - 35k
1x1 - 36.5k

Snatch tech - snatch grip deadlift - 1x5 - triple ext - 1x5 - snatch recive position - 1x5 - 3 rounds


Good session on technique

***need to work on keep chest up, feet slightly wider apart, driving the bar hard and not bending elbows uo early.

Good.....even thou didn't work high pulls or deadlifts.
