1 cup MILK, 1%
12 gram WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE

Lunch
2 oz ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST...
1/4 cup FIRM TOFU
1 tbsp PEANUTS, UNSALTED
1/3 cup BULGAR, COOKED
2 tsp MAYONNAISE, LIGHT
1/2 tsp CURRY POWDER
2 tbsp YOGURT, LOW FAT
1 cup BROCCOLI

Snack
5 almond ALMOND
1 cup MILK, 1%

Dinner
10 spears ASPARAGUS, BOILED
1/2 cup BROWN RICE, COOKED 98
2.5 oz SALMON, COOKED

Snack
1/2 tortilla WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA
¼ cup TURKEY BREAST, ROASTED
