Meal Plan -- 1100kcal


breakfast

1 large SCRAMBLED EGG
2 egg SCRAMBLED EGG WHITES
2 slice WHOLE WHEAT TOAST

 

lunch

1 tbsp BALSAMIC VINEGAR
2 tsp WALNUT OIL
2 oz ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST
1/2 cup CHICKPEAS
3 medium MUSHROOMS
1.5 cup SPINACH LEAVES
2 tsp SUNFLOWER SEEDS

 

snack

1/4 cup CHICKEN BREAST, ROASTED
½ tortilla WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA

 

dinner

2 oz EXTRA LEAN GROUND BEEF, BROILED
1/2 cup WHOLE WHEAT PASTA, COOKED
1/2 cup TOMATO SAUCE (NO SALT)

 

snack

4 almond ALMONDS
1 cup MILK, 1%
