Rest day - its about training smart not over training...

Also it will give time for the bruises on my right thigh time to heal up.....it don't hurt so much but stings when I bounce the bar off that area and throws my concentration alittle but I think I am been too aggressive at that point of the lift. Or it could just be that - that area needs to harden up alittle.

So had a walk around town in the snow for an hour so going to count that has cardio and I think today im going to have a fat day and go eat my way through a bucket of KFC.

At the moment im around 13st 2lbs and have trimmed down from 15st 7lbs over 11 months. My measurements haven't changed much maybe lost half an inch on my thighs, and arms but no big deal as im still as strong at this weight 13st 2lbs as I was at 15st 7lbs. So I guess my muscle mass is getting denser. And to be fair I think im going to give up weighing myself until I reach competitive standard then I look at how much I weigh and see what weight class I should compete in.

As long as im getting stronger and my lifts keep on increasing then the size will take care of itself and so will the increases in bodyweight if any.
