Olympic weightlifting technique

Clean & Jerk technique  - warm up

Bench press - 1x3 - 100kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg,
Ez bar curl - 1x3 - 35kg, 35kg, 45kg, 55kg
Dip - 1x3 - 40kg, 40kg, 45kg, 50kg
Hyperextension - 1x10 - blw
Standing calf raise - 1x10 - 100kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg

Clean & Jerk technique - for reps
