Spent alot of time inbetween, during, before and after stretching wrists to help bring about more flexablity as they are killing me right now. But im asured that they will stop hurting soon.
The best way to find your front squat rack position for the C&J is strech out your wrists and shoulders. The bar must sit on your upper chest near the bottom of your throat and you must have a good grip on the bar.
