Warm up - Olympic weightlifting technique - clean to front rack position, move feet to front squat then front squat - for reps with bar

Bench press - 1x1 - 100k, 110k, 120k,
Partial bench press - 1x1 - 125k, 130k, 140k

Deficit deadlift - 1x1 - 120k, 140k, 160k
Deficit black band deadlift - 1x1 - 170k

Dip - 1x1 - 40k, 50k, 60k

Ez bar curl - 1x1 - 20k, 30k, 40k,
1x2 - 44k

Stretch's - wrist and shoulder
