Front squat - 1x3 - 100k, 100k, 110k, 120k
(on 5k plates, with C7J rack position)

Seated press - 1x3 - 70k, 70k, 80k, 85k

Trapbar high pull - 1x3 - 100k, 110k, 120k, 130k

Trapbar shrug - 1x3 - 140k, 160k, 180k, 190k

Rear fly - 2x8 - 25k db
