Rest day

Olympic weightlifting technique -

Clean > front rack position > move feet to front squat position > front squat > power jerk

*Using a broomstick for easy reps

Wrist, shoulder, lat and triceps stretches.

Floor hyperextension - 3x15

Having a easy day, could go out and work C&J but think ill relax and just work on the above today and tomorrow.
