Overhead squat - 4x8 - bar only
*need to look at squat stance, have a tinker with it. My heels raise off the floor and I lose balance so need to open the legs wider.
Clean & Jerk tech - 1x1 - bar, 40k, 50k, 50k
*still pain in wrists due to flexibility, quite frustrating.
*Clean to front rack, move feet, front squat, move feet power jerk.
Squat - 1x1 - 60k, 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k
*stay with this weight and increase reps. I was going to do partial reps but thought maybe later when I get into serious weightlifting training, when I can do the lifts correctly.
Trapbar row - 1x1 - 90k, 100k, 110k, 120k.
Stretches for lats, wrists, chest and sat in squat position.
All in all a good workout, I was abit slow to get into it but once I got going it felt good!
