Deficit deadlift - 1x1 - 60k, 100k, 110k, 120k
* didn't push this as lower back is still sore, had the strength to go to 160k.
Overhead squat - bar only - 3x10, 2x6
Snatch tech - Pull & tuck - 5x1 - bar only
Clean & jerk tech - clean to front rack > move feet > front squat > move feet back to clean position > dip, move feet > power jerk
1x1 - bar, 40k, 40k, 45k, 50k
*had two or three missed lifts here due to bar resting on fingers and not partially in hands or on shoulders, plus negativity in the mind due to lower back pain.
Cardio - walking - 30mins
Stretched a lot today, - shoulders, wrists, triceps, lats, chest and hamstrings.
