1x1 - 100k, 110k
Complex - Trapbar high pull (1x1) > Trapbar shrug (1x1) > Trapbar standing calf raise (10reps)
1x1 - 120k, 130k, 140k, 150k,
Complex - Trapbar high pull . Trapbar shrug -
1x1 - 160k
Trapbar shrug - 1x2 - 200k
Hyperextension - 1x15 - bodyweight
Roman chair situp - 1x15 - bodyweight
Olympic weightlifting technique - Clean > front rack . move feet to front squat > front squat > power jerk.
Warm up - for reps with bar
For reps with 40k
*Had to do weightlifting technique outside as could lockout correctly in the space I had to work in today. missed a few lifts but that's because I should of rested longer inbetween sets. Also tried to clean and front squat 50k but didn't manage it, dunno why, mind started playing tricks on me because of lower back and pain in wrists. But ill work out that out.
