Overhead squat - 5x8 - bar only
*felt abit shaky but did them.
Clean & Jerk tech - 5x1 - bar only
*tried 40k & 50k but didn't have the motivation to get the weights up so just did the bar.
Dips -
1x3 - Bodyweight + 40k
1x2 - Bodyweight + 50k
1x2 - Bodyweight + 60k
1x1 - Bodyweight + 75k* - going to stick with this weight
Parraell grip chin - 1x1 - Bodyweight + 20k, 25k, 30k, 35k, 40k
Hipbelt seated calf - 1x30 - 40k, 50k, 60k, 75k, 100k
Stretches - lat, triceps, wrist, squat position.
* Had planned to do curls, roman chair situps but lower back was hurting and didn't have the strength in my arms to make a decent go on curls so dropped them to do another day. But chins worked my biceps well so not ost anything.
*Did do 1x15 - hyperextensions to help rehab lower back.
*Even thou I felt abit off & abit unmotivated, the overhead squat felt shaky and I couldn't get up the training weights up for the C&J I did however manage to hit dips goal of bodyweight + 75k and went passed the chins goal by 5k by doing bodyweight +40k, so all in all a good session.
