I take the following supplements day to day, Monday to Saturday and have Sunday off.
I teaspoon of Twinlab Creatine
1 teaspoon of Twinlab Gutamine
I scoop of Iso energy lemon flavoured powder.
1 strong strength multivitamin
2 B complex's
2 Glucosamine Sulphate - (for joints)
2 Selenium
1x500ml bottle of water
I brought a bottle of Twinlabs Norwegian cod liver oil - (it was on sale) - so im going to try that to see if it helps as I have a weak immune system brought on by cutting inroads into it by lifting heavy all the time.
After the Glucosamine and Selenium have finished ill take a break from them and when I get the urge ill add them again and also I may drop Creatine and Glutamine once finished or at least have a break for a month or so.
I may start using Glucose powder instead of the Iso powder just because its cheaper to buy and it will last longer but im still looking into Glucose.
I have found that I over train quite quickly if I don't supplement. But im looking to reduce these supplements to the bear minimum to save money.
My diet is pretty what I want to eat, ill eat it. I tried doing the clean diet thing, bulking up and eating chcicken, fish everyday but I cant seem to sustain it for long periods of time. Eating to much meat and fish makes me ill after a few days or a couple of weeks. Diet is hard but I believe you can eat what you want within reason and still have a good strong and healthy body.
I don't go in for this strict diets and been too clean but ill contine on experimenting until I find something I like. And to be honest im going to give a strict clean diet one more go and see how I do. If I become ill then I know its not for me,
