Olympic weightlifting technique -
Clean . front rack > move feet to front squat > front squat - 1xreps for 1hr 15mins - 40k
Power jerk technique - 1xreps for 20mins - 25k
Total cardio time - walk - 2x15mins (30mins)
Good session today. Feel pretty beat up now. I was ment to do deficit deadlifts but lower back is still hurting and im tried. I could of rested up and hit the gym later tonight but as lower back is still in pain ill save the deadlifts for another day.
