Overhead squat - 2x8- bar only
C&J tech - 1x1 - 40k, 45k, 50k
Power clean 1x1 - 50k, 60k, 60k, 60k
Press off rack - 1x1 - 50k, 60k, 70k, 80k, 85k
*Going to start doing reverse overhead squat while holding bar in snatch grip. This will help to break in my flexibility.
It was a ok session. Didn't feel as if I did much work. But at least I pressed 85k so that was 5k more than last time.
