Went training today but couldn't lift as my lower back was hurting so rather than pushing it and hurting myself, as I don't want to go through a year of been house bound again I called it quits. Couldn't even walk back home, let alone do any sort of pressing, squatting or cardio on a bike.

But never mind, ill just have to work on strengthening the lower back and bring up my flexibility.

So a bad day.....bnut never mind it wont beat me, ill just rethink, train harder and smarter.

Born to bend bars and break records!!!!!
