Chin - parallel grip -
1x1 - Bodyweight + 5k, bodyweight + 10k, bodyweight + 15k, bodyweight + 20k,
1x1 - Medium grip - bodyweight + 20k
1x1 - Close grip - bodyweight + 20k
Olympic weightlifting technique - Clean to front rack then front squat
1x1 clean + 3 front squats - 40k, 40k, 40k, 45k, 45k
1x1 - Hang clean to front rack position - 40k
Push Press off racks - 1x1 - 40k, 60k, 65k, 80k
1x1- failure @ 90k
Clean to front rack then front squat
1x1 clean + 3 front squats - 40k, 40k, 40k
Decompression hang - 30 secs.
Cardio - walk - total of 30 mins.
Lower back is killing, so its defeentley deadlifting in Olympic shoes. Will revert back to flat shoes for deadlifting. Got to see how squats are like now, hopefully will be ok.
Due to lower back hurting I didn't feel confident under the bar or pushing into heavier weights today. Must start to make up a lower back and core training day only. Get the lower back strong a steel!!! The walk back from gym was murder. Had to will myself and hope lower back didn't seize up.
Other than that it felt good and enjoyed today. Even thou my motivation is lacking slightly. My mind is preoccupied with a heartbreak.
