Partial front squat - 1x1 - 60k, 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k
Jerk heaves - 1x1 - 60k, 70k, 80k, 85k, 90k
Overhead squat - 1x8 - bar only
Clean & Jerk tech - 5x1 - bar only.
*lower back is hurting like mad. So tomorrow im going to train light, maybe do arms, traps and calves and do a lot of physio stuff like floor hypers. Also im going to hit stretches quite hard tomorrow too Need to get on top of all this!!!!
But good session either way. Could of done more on jerk heaves but decided against it...leave something in the tank for next time.
