Warm up - Clean to front rack position, move feet then front squat in one motion - bar only for reps.

Lower back is still hurting so didn't do much again today but happy with above as that was goal for this week.
Also did wrist stretches using red and purple bands.
Didn't feel like training because pain killers where making me feel sleepy, unmotivated and quite ill but forced myself out as I didn't want to waste a day.
Its quite annoying not been able to train hard but as long as im making goals then I guess its ok.
