Snatch tech - pull & tuck - 5x1 - bar only
C&J tech - clean>front rack>front squat>power jerk - 5x1 - bar only
Partial front squat - 1x1 - 40k, 50k, 60k, 70k, 100k
*tried this as a new way of helping front rack position.
Romanian deadlift - 1x1 - 60k, 80k, 100k, 120k
*took it easy with this to see effect on lower back
Stretches - lat, triceps, wrist, squat position, front rack position, chest.
