Partial deadlift (from knee height) - 1x1 - 100k, 140k, 150k
Clean grip high pull (from knee height) - 1x1 - 90k, 100k, 120k
*Think I used to much arms in last set but think that's ok as drive off floor will eliminate that problem
C&J tech - 1x1 - 40k, 45k, 45k
*Couldn't jerk weight as not enough room above head. Also wrists less painful but still flexibility is a issue. Slowly its getting better.
*Clean > front rack > front squat > jerk
Overhead squat -
2x8 - broomstick
1x8 - bar but with a wide collar grip on bar.
*Still unable to squat down with my snatch grip because shoulders haven't broken in yet.
Reverse hyper off bench - 1x15 - bodyweight
Roman chair situps - 1x15 - bodyweight + 5k
Stretches - full body.
*lower back is alittle better but still sore so still doing rehab and taking it easy.
