Thai Grilled Chicken Thighs

 Ingredients:

• 2 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
• 1/3 cup of chopped fresh basil
• One handful of chopped fresh coriander
... • 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
• 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper


 Method:

 1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl except the chicken.
2. Mix thoroughly
3. Add the chicken and leave to marinate for at least one hour.
4. Pre heat the BBQ, hotplate or grill.
5. Grill chicken until golden brown and cooked through
