Power snatch > over head squat - 10x1 - 30k
Clean & Jerk - 10x1 - 40k
*Widen hands/grip - felt much better even manged to jerk overhead with comfort.
Power clean - 5x1 - 50k
Power clean > push press - 5x1 - 50k
Snatch grip high pull supersetted with Clean grip high pull 5x1 - 40k
*Not pulling high enough so going to work on tech, plus need to work on the drive through. So maybe drop weight lower or just use the bar.
Cardio - 30 min walk.
