Overhead squat - 4x8 bar only
*still abit shaky due to flexibility. quite frustrating really.

Clean & Jerk tech - 1x1- 41k, 46k, 51k
*clean > front rack > front squat > push press - hit chin off bar again so didn't push press the weight after first rep

Power clean - 1x1 - 50k, 60k, 60k, 60k, 60k

Snatch grip high pull - 1x1 - 60k, 70k, 80k, 110k.
*was rounding back on last set, - @100k would of been ok, - its there but needs touch more work. weights felt easy.

*Weights felt easy today apart from overhead squats with the bar as the flexibility made it hard to control and keep the bar in place. Took longer rest periods inbetween reps this time and didn't train the day before plus in the morning before I went to do oly training.

good session - lower back felt ok but that may of been due to the painkiller and rubbing deep heat into lower back.

but felt good - so its help to boost my confidence up about starting to handle heavier weights and not hurting my lower back.

One thing I have noticed is that my back looked big after doing power cleans and high pulls. Im starting to think if I need to do any rows now. But we'll shall see!
