*Bounced off the pins but as depth increases then this should be eliminated.
Jerk assistance - 1x1 - 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k, 110k
Snatch balance - stretches only
Floor hyperextension - 1x15 - bodyweight.
Bottom position squat stretch - 1x60secs
Ended session as didn't feel like doing anymore.
happy with workout today, will do C&J + snatch balance and aggressive stretches tomorrow.
