Just did some stretches today for wrists, lower squat/snatch position, chest, triceps and front rack position,
Had a rest day to give lower back some time off.
Been thinking that I may do abit of volume work on non-essential but valuable exercises such as -
Trapbar rows
Trapbar shrugs
Dip
Parraell grip chin
Curl
These are needed but could do with adding them to this list so to increase recovery time for the hard heavy work during the week.
Back squats
Trapbar high pulls
Romanian deadlifts
hyperextension
Good morning
Roamain chair situps
Leg raises
Planks
Hipbelt Calf raises
Trapbar calf raises.
Doing slightly more volume by increasing the rep and sets may help to break the training week and make it kind of fun days training by giving the mind and body a break.
I haven't quite decided what rep or set scheme but im thinking anything from doubles, triples, 5x5, 10x10 - knowing me it'll be doubles or triples.
