High Protein Banana & Chocolate Nutty Protein Shake
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 cup of almond milk
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate LA Whey protein powder
2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp. chia or organic ground flax seeds
Method:
Whizz all of the above ingredients, except a few chopped bananas, in a blender or use a hand held immersion blender. Add more almond milk or water if you like your smoothie a little thinner.
Pour into a glass and add some bananas on top.
