Power-Packed Post Workout Protein Shake

This is “the one” if you want taste, high protein, quick energy replenishment, fibre, less water retention and detoxification all in one. Drink one of these babies straight after your workout and you will not only feel amazing, you will also build muscles too and replace lost energy super-fast.

Ingredients:

1 medium size banana
50g papaya
1 Mango
10 large red grapes (or 20 small)
1 peeled apple
1 glass skimmed milk
4-5 ice cubes
1-2 scoops LA Whey (any flavour). Use 2 scoops if you have done a hard workout and need to build muscles faster!

Directions:
Put all in a blender (preferably glass blender as things taste nicer!), blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a large glass and drink!
