Cruncies - 60reps
lying leg raises  60reps

Floor hypers - 30 reps

Stretches - hamstring, lower back, bottom position squat, bottom position snatch, shoulder dislocations



PM

C&J - 1x1 - 40k, 45k, 50k, 15k, 20k, 55k

Sntach tech - reps with bar.
*Must remember hand spacing, was using ladies bar so hand spacing was wrong, but think its coming along.

Couldn't get much done today as platform was busy by lifters who were prepping for a comp in 5 weeks and was acting as 'assistant coach', (so my coach told me, lol) giving instruction to a new lifter in C&J tech.

But all in all session was ok even thou Im alittle disappointed i didn't manage to get to hit goals for today.
