Clean & Jerk + hang clean jerk
1x1 - 40k, 45k, 50k, 50k, 55k, 55k
*Felt abit tired today, think my cals were to low, trying to get my 6pack out, well just enough to see the outline, then I should be around 10% or lower in bodyfat.
*Also did some more coaching today on C&J tech, got the lifter to understand triple extension, 1st pull, front rack and acceleration of the bars mechanics.
*Going to hit 8 by 2's nest week, aggressively attack the bar and really abbreviate the training session down to its basic movements.
