C&J warm up with bar for reps
Snatch warm up for reps with bar
C&J tech - 1x1- 40k, 8x2- 45k
Power clean - 6x2 - 49k
Clean grip high pull - 1x6 - 30k
Clean grip deadlift with power shrug - 3x2 - 50k
*Cardio - walk 30 mins total
*\Forgot to do power shrug again!!!!! next time I must remember!!!
*Need to bring elbows in around quicker to front rack and dip lower on power cleans.
