Bottom position squat - 60secs
Bottom position snatch - 60secs
1pm-2.30pm
Snatch tech - reps with training bar.
C&J - 1x1 - 40k, 45k, 50k, 50k, 50k, 60k, 60k, 60k
*Good session today, need to work harder on snatch work, lockout is still a problem. But it'll get there. C&J was good, felt I could of done 70k but held off until next week.
