AM

Cruncies - 60reps
lying leg raises  60reps

Floor hypers - 30 reps

Stretches - hamstring, lower back, bottom position squat, bottom position snatch, shoulder dislocations


PM

Deficit deadlift - 1x1 - 100k, 120k, 140k, 160k - (partial to below knee)

Reverse deficit band deadlift - 1x1 - 170k.

Partial push press -
1x1 - 60k,
1x1 - 70k
1x2 - 80k
1x3 - 90k - slightly lower, around 1 inch off height but cant lockout on overhead pressing due to not enough room.

Snatch tech - 1x1, 1x3, 1x5 - after warm ups - standard bar and Olympic bar on last set.

* Didn't do C&J tech today, didn't fancy it - and going to hit it Thursday so its ok.

* Band deadlifts seem to be working ok, pulling off the floor 160k was felt better and stronger until I hit sticking point so may add partials from below sticking point but for now im going to see how bands help my pull and getting through the sticking point.
