*Good session - abit disappointed about snatch but did miss a session last week and in reality im still on track - I maybe 2.5 - 5k off end of cycle goal weight but not to worry to much as still getting tech down for it.
*snatch grip deadlift felt good but second set my mind defeated me and decided not to push it, could of made the next set of 3 but thought better of it as I was starting to feel tired.
