Power Clean specialization

Squats 5X5
Power cleans 8X2
Behind neck shoulder press 5x5
Barbell curls 5X5

Deadlifts do singles working up in weight deadlift on another day do all other exercises 3 days a week

Hope this one helps or you can just do 3 days a week 20 Rep Clean and press followed by a couple of sets of pullovers
