*Session was good. Bar felt light, felt strong on deadlifts.
*Power clean and C&J felt good not to heavy but getting there. I may start dropping warm ups back down to one rep because im doing 11 sets in total instead of 8 sets of 2 and I think its dropping my strength down for the work sets. So one warm up and then straight into the work sets like with the deadlift.
