Power jerk - (front squat stance) -

Front squat -

*didn't feel strong on front squats today but still hit goal weight for a rep
Squat -
1x1 - 100k
1x1 - 110k
*might squat once every two weeks, as didn't feel strong on it today.
Romanian deadlift -
1x3 - 110k
*didn't leave enough rest before hit set after squats, would of got 6 reps otherwise. Was starting to feel tired and unmotivated to carry on so knew I had hit training limit today.
Good session thou, felt good on push press and jerks
