C&J warm up - bar only

C&J with power jerk -
1x1 - 50k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
1x2- 55k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
*I think I was doing to many warm ups as 60k went up ok today
*must remember to drop only into a quarter squat when doing power jerks. - ITS THE WEIGHT THAT BRINGS YOU DOWN INTO A DEEPER SQUAT - So must work on timing for now, while sticking to weight progression.

Clean grip high pull -
1x2 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k

Power clean -
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 60k
1x1 - 62.5k

Clean grip deadlift -
1x1 - 120k
1x3 - 145k
1x1  150k
*Lost grip on second rep of 150k deads, so stopped as lost focus then.
