*Good session
*Coached deadlift too, lifter did well, ended up doing 3x5 with 40k not bad for a 15yr old who never deadlifted before.
*Dropped two sets as lifter was training hard session due to comp next week, so gave him room on platform to train.
Overral good session, lower back is starting to hurt again, started after snatch grip deadlifts on Monday....so going to add extra warm up sets before main sets.
