1x1 - 75k - arms crossed
* lost grip so folded arms and ended session for squats. May start to do warms up with arms crossed then hit work sets with front rack position.
Didn't fancy front squatting today but did it anyway maybe that's why I was not motivated to do them.
Romanian deadlift -
1x5 - 85k
*Felt abit over trained and had a slight sore lower back from training yesterday and the volume is higher than im use to, so its expected to feel abit urrrrrgh today. But still it goals for today even thou I dropped 3 sets in squats.
Be glad to start eating again a couple of months and I may start to bulk upto 10 or 15lbs
Got tomorrow off so I should recover well for next session.
