Romanian deadlift -

*Session felt good today so pushed it beyond days goals.
*Think Mondays session was hampered by drinking a protein shake before hand and abit of emotional distress. Maybe recovery too and lower back felt better today, could be due to bed or sitting incorrectly. But either way it was a good session, felt strong and enjoyed it a lot!!!
