Tuna Couscous

Ingredients
  • 50 g of Couscous
  • Half a can of tuna
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 50 ml (1.7 oz) of hot water
Method:  Put the couscous in a bowl, pour over the hot water, cover and leave for 10 minutes. Once the grains of couscous have absorbed all the liquid, fluff them up with a fork. Stir in the tuna and tomatoes.
