Plank with Alternating Leg Lift – 12 reps per leg
Wood Chop with Resistance – 15 reps per side
Dumbbell Squat with Over Head Press – 15 reps...
Romanian Deadlift – 15 reps
Bent Over Row – 15 reps
Dynamic Lunge – 15 reps per leg
Repeat 3- 5 times – No rest between movements.
*Mountain Climbers - Lateral Shuffle – Jump Squat
Do 3- 5 rounds
No Rest inbetween movements.
Do as many reps as possible
