High Protein Apple & Cinnamon Smoothie



INGREDIENTS:

• 2 English apples, peeled, cored and chopped
• 100ml (31/2floz) freshly pressed English apple juice
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 scoop LA Whey prot...ein (vanilla) 

 METHOD:
1. Place the apples, juice and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth
2. Add the protein and blend until creamy.
3. Serve immediately.
you can also try adding half a piece of preserved ginger to the smoothie for a spicy kick.
