100g strawberries and raspberries
1 scoop LA Whey protein in strawberry
20g splenda sugar
4 ice lolly moulds or 4 plastic cups...
4 wooden ice lolly sticks
Method
1.Place the mixed raspberries, strawberries, LA Whey protein and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
2.Fill plastic cups 3/4 full with fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of foil. Poke a wooden stick through the centre of the foil on each cup.
3.Place the cups in the freezer for at least 3 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup
