Delicious High in Protein Tuna and Salad


 Ingredients

Tuna 1x Can (in water or brine)
Boiled Eggs 2x
Tomatoes 2x
Green and Black Olives
Red Peppers
Green Beans
Vinegar Oil Salad Dressing


Method

Slice boiled eggs, tomatoes and red peppers.
Add Green and Black Olives and green beans.
Add Tuna to plate and sprinkle vinegar oil dressing and parsley over meal
